Virtual Agent Tool

The support team needed a system that would allow beginner and novice users to easily identify problems with their system and suggest ways of fixing them. The virtual agent tool was created to do just that. I worked on the UI of the tool and had to keep in consideration several constraints like limited screen real estate and lower design hierarchy than other page elements while striving to make it innovative and useful.
