Online Ticket Request Portal

This flow was put together from a multitude of smaller, more specific flows, as the master online ticket path. It is very complex and takes into account users in all authentication states. The goal was to visually design something that looked clean and as simple as possible so that the users will not realize the complexity of the tasks they are performing. I worked with the information architect while designing flat comps for the flow, then developed in code the path as to demonstrate functionality before delivering it to the development team for implementation.
